Goal

Help your team collaborate in the same Withe organization by:

  • Inviting teammates
  • Managing roles (Admin vs Member)
  • Removing members who no longer need access
  • Reviewing and managing pending invites

When to use this

Use the Members tab in Settings when you need to:

  • Add new teammates to help build or run a fair
  • Give someone Admin access (settings, billing, team management)
  • Downgrade someone to Member access
  • Remove access for someone who no longer needs it
  • Check whether an invite is still pending, or cancel one sent by mistake

Overview

Team management lives at the organization level (not inside a specific fair):

  1. Go to fairs.withe.co
  2. In the left menu, click Settings (gear icon)
  3. Open the Members tab

The Members tab has two views:

  • Members: current teammates who already have access
  • Invites: invites that have been sent but not yet accepted

Step-by-step

1) View team members

  1. In Settings, open the Members tab
  2. The Members view lists each teammate and their Role

From here you can search members, change a role, or remove a member (trash icon under Action).

View current team members and roles

2) Invite teammates

  1. Click Invite (top right)
  2. In Invite new members, enter one or more email addresses
    • Separate emails with spaces or commas
  3. Choose the role for the invited teammates:
    • Admin (full access, including org settings)
    • Member (standard access)
  4. Click Invite

New invites appear in the Invites view until they are accepted.

Invite new teammates by email

3) Update a teammate’s role (Admin vs Member)

  1. In the Members view, find the teammate
  2. Open the Role dropdown on their row
  3. Select Admin or Member

Role changes take effect immediately.

4) Review pending invites

  1. In the Members tab, switch to Invites
  2. Each invite shows the email address, when it was sent, and the role

Open the menu on an invite’s row to:

  • Copy invite link — send it to the teammate directly, useful when the invite email has not arrived or landed in spam
  • Delete invite — use this if it went to the wrong address, or to cancel it

There is no resend option. If an invite expired, copy the link instead, or delete the invite and send a new one.

The ⋯ menu on an invite offers Copy invite link and Delete invite.

Tips / Notes

  • Keep the number of Admins small — Admins can manage organization settings and team access.
  • Looking for your organization name, logo, or slug? Those live in Settings → Overview — see 4. Manage your organization profile.
