Manage your organization profile

Edit your organization information, logo and banner, and see where billing and tokens live.

Keep your organization’s public-facing details up to date — name, slug, website, description, logo, and banner — so participants see accurate information when they view or connect with your booth. Settings is also where you’ll find billing (tokens, payment processing) and your personal profile.

Goal

  • Update your organization’s name, slug, website, and description (shown to participants when they view/connect with your booth)
  • Upload an organization logo and banner (shown on your organization landing page)
  • Open your organization landing page to preview what the public sees
  • Know where billing (tokens, Stripe) and your personal profile live

When to use this

Use Settings any time you need to:

  • Refresh your organization’s “About Us” messaging
  • Add or change your website link
  • Update your logo or banner for an upcoming fair, seasonal campaign, or brand refresh
  • Preview your public landing page before sharing it with employers, partners, or participants
  • Check your booth tokens / fair tokens balance
  • Review or complete payment processing (Stripe Connect) or confirm your billing approach

Overview

From the Withe Home page, click Settings (gear icon) in the left menu. Settings is organized into four tabs:

  1. Overview
    • Organization information: name, slug, website, description (rich text)
    • Organization logo and banner
  2. Members
  3. Billing
    • Payment processing (Stripe Connect), tokens, and billing options
  4. Personal

The Visit landing page button (top right) opens your public organization landing page — your banner, organization details, and relevant fairs/booths.

Step-by-step: Update your organization profile

1) Open Settings

  1. Go to fairs.withe.co and log in.
  2. In the left menu, click Settings (gear icon).
  3. You’ll land on the Overview tab.
Settings opens on the Overview tab, showing your organization information.

2) Update your organization information

In Overview → Organization information, you can edit:

  • Name — shown across your workspace and to participants
  • Slug — the URL identifier for your organization landing page on Withe
  • Website — your website or careers page (e.g., https://yourdomain.com)
  • Description — rich text; keep it short and participant-friendly

Changes save automatically — look for the green Saved indicator.

What changes: Participants will see this information when they open your booth or connect with it.

Changing your slug changes your landing page URL — update it thoughtfully if you’ve already shared links externally.

3) Upload your logo and banner

Scroll down on the Overview tab:

  1. Organization logo: upload a square (1:1) image, up to 10MB.
  2. Organization banner: upload a 4:1 image (e.g., 1584 × 396 px) — drag & drop or browse to upload a PNG file.

Tip: Use a simple banner with your logo, a clean background, and optional tagline. Avoid small text that won’t be readable on mobile.

Upload a square (1:1) logo and a 4:1 banner from the Overview tab.

4) Preview your organization landing page

  1. In the top-right area of Settings, click Visit landing page.
  2. Review what the public sees:
    • Banner
    • Organization name and description
    • Any upcoming fairs you’re hosting or participating in (depending on your setup)

Why this matters: This page is shareable and is often the fastest way to show partners/employers your upcoming activity in Withe.

5) Review payment processing, tokens, and billing (high level)

The Billing tab in Settings covers what you pay Withe:

  • Fair tokens: used for hosting your own fairs in Withe.
  • Booth tokens: used for external booths (when you’re attending someone else’s fair and capturing data at their event).
  • Billing options: how you pay for booths (Pay-as-you-go or subscription).
  • Payment processing: where you complete Stripe Connect onboarding, so that you can charge employers for booths at your own fair.

Charging employers is a separate thing from the tokens above — for booth pricing and checkout, see 10. Set up billing to charge booths.

Fair tokens are typically handled via the Withe team — email hello@withe.co if you need fair tokens.

Your own name, job title, and LinkedIn live in the Personal tab — see 2. Log in and manage your account.

Important notes

Organization info vs landing page

  • Organization information (website/description) influences what participants see in-booth and on your landing page.
  • The landing page is public-facing and shareable. Treat it like a lightweight profile page.

Tokens: fair tokens vs booth tokens

  • Fair tokens = used when you are hosting a fair on Withe.
  • Booth tokens = used when you have a booth (e.g. at external fairs + events) and want to capture/report outcomes.
  • The Billing tab typically reflects booth billing (Pay-as-you-go or subscription), while fair tokens are typically handled via connecting with someone on the Withe team. Email hello@withe.co if you need Fair tokens.

Troubleshooting

My description isn’t showing to participants

  • Confirm the Saved indicator appeared after editing (changes save automatically).
  • Refresh your landing page and/or open your booth preview again.

My banner looks cut off

  • Re-upload an image that matches 4:1 (e.g., 1584 × 396 px).
  • Keep important content (logos/text) centered with padding.

I don’t see my organization’s info / I’m in the wrong organization

  • If your account is part of multiple orgs, switch using the organization dropdown at the top left, then open Settings again.
Switch organizations from the top-left dropdown.

Payment processing says “Incomplete”
