We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team of warehouse staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, including warehouse workers, sorters, and other support staff
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to warehouse staff
- Develop and implement training programs to improve warehouse staff skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks
Requirements and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
