Indicating interest in employers
Share your profile, upload a resume, and signal interest ahead of the fair.
Goal
Let employers know you’re interested so they can review your profile and follow up, even if you don’t connect live during the event.
When to use this
Use this after you’ve registered for a fair and want to signal interest in specific employers you’d like to talk to or hear from.
You can also browse employers before registering to learn more about them.
How it works
Once you are registered for the fair, you will see a heart icon next to each employer.
- Find an employer you’re interested in.
- Click the heart icon to indicate interest.
When you indicate interest, we share:
- Your name
- Your email
- Your resume (if you uploaded one)
This allows employers to follow up with you before or after the fair.
View employer details
You can click an employer card to view more details, including:
- Company description
- Careers page link
- Roles the employer is hiring for (if provided)
You can view employer details at any time, even if you are not registered yet.
Important notes
- You must be registered to indicate interest (click the heart).
- You can browse employers before you register, but the indicating interest will not be available until registration is complete.
- Indicating interest does not book a meeting or guarantee a conversation, but it helps employers know you’re interested.
What employers receive
When you click the heart, the employer receives your information so they can follow up:
- Before the fair (to invite you to connect or share next steps)
- After the fair (if you did not get a chance to connect during the event)
