Job Brief
We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Barback to join our team and support our bartenders in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and patrons.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service
- Restock and replenish bar supplies, including glassware, ice, garnishes, and mixers
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, clearing empty glasses and debris
- Prepare and slice garnishes for cocktails
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bar storage and refrigeration areas
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with established procedures
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of bar equipment, including blenders and utensils
- Provide support to bartenders by fetching and carrying items as needed
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar role is a plus
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, including kegs
