Job Brief
We are seeking a compassionate and analytical Behavior Analyst to develop and implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. A Behavior Analyst is responsible for assessing clients' behavioral needs, designing and implementing evidence-based interventions, and training caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's needs.
- Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavior management across settings.
