Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and approving purchases and expenditures.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that arise.
